Aditya Patel, Sales Representative with Luxe Home Town Realty Inc., Brokerage, uses the information you share to respond to your real estate inquiry. This notice covers the Hamilton buyer questionnaire on this website and information you submit through our Meta Instant Forms.
What we collect and why
When you use the website questionnaire, we receive the name, email address, and phone number you provide. You may also choose to provide your current home address; it is optional in the questionnaire. If you complete the questionnaire’s nine questions, we also receive your answers about your home search. We use these details to respond to your request, understand what you are looking for, and keep a record of the inquiry.
If you submit a Meta Instant Form, we receive the contact details and home-search answers you choose to provide. We use them to prepare the requested information, respond about matching options and manage your inquiry. We may keep the form or campaign source, submission time and enquiry-notice version as a record of your request.
The website may also receive basic technical information, such as page visits, browser or device details, and campaign source information. We use this to operate the site and understand how visitors arrive.
Who handles the information
Meta handles your interaction with its ads and Instant Forms under Meta's Privacy Policy. Website questionnaire and Meta Instant Form details may be sent to HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider, so Aditya can follow up. Google's email services send internal enquiry alerts to Aditya containing a link to the CRM record. The full questionnaire is stored in HubSpot, and accessing that record requires an authorized CRM account. The website's hosting provider processes information needed to deliver the site. These service providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada, where different privacy laws may apply.
This website uses a Meta Pixel for ad measurement and audience building, including retargeting visitors who begin the questionnaire but do not finish it. It is active by default for visitors who have not disabled it and shares page views, browser or device details, and generic questionnaire activity with Meta: opened, started, number of questions answered, and completed. These questionnaire events do not include your answers, name, email address, phone number or current home address. A short advertising notice appears on your first visit. You can disable or enable tracking at any time through the visible Privacy choices control. A disabled choice is remembered in this browser where storage is available; it does not prevent you from using the questionnaire.
Contact and message choices
Submitting an inquiry allows Aditya to respond about that inquiry by phone, email, or text. It does not, by itself, authorize automated or AI calls or unrelated promotional messages. You can ask Aditya to stop contacting you. Any marketing messages require the applicable consent and an unsubscribe option.
Keeping and accessing your information
How long an inquiry record is kept depends on the follow-up needed and any applicable brokerage or legal recordkeeping duties. You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion subject to records we must keep.
